Your soothing Reiki Healing Session will last 45 minutes, and is conducted by distance---I travel to you astrally during deep meditation. I ask that you to relax by lying down in a peaceful space, taking several deep, cleansing breaths, clearing your mind of any and all stressful thoughts. You are also asked to approach your Reiki healing session without preconceived expectations, and with an open mind with regard to any sensations or feelings you may experience. Trust the messages you receive during the session---these come from your higher self to assist with your healing progress. This is not a replacement for medical treatment, but can be used as a nice complement to any treatments you are currently receiving.
Reiki (Rei="Universal", Ki="Life Force") energy gently opens one to their healing potential, allowing the body to begin to heal itself by recognizing and clearing the root causes of illness. A Reiki Healing session does not ever harm, and will always bring soothing, positive energy into your life for only your highest good. You'll feel wonderfully refreshed and bathed in gorgeous, divine healing light. I invite you to experience this energy!
