Come relax for a while.....

Open the door, walk through it, notice a path at the edge of the tree-line. Step onto it. Listen to the sounds---like chirping birds, rustling wind, frogs, crickets, bees....it is Mother Nature at Her finest. As you walk, the sun begins to set, but you are not afraid. The air is cool, the sky takes on an orangish/pink glow just as you reach a clearing in the middle of the forest, circular in shape. Fireflies dance around you, and in the grass & trees. As you enter the circle, you notice a small rabbit in the grass, a hawk on a branch nearby, and a deer in the trees across the clearing. The Guardians are here. In the center of the circle there is a large old tree stump. Upon it rests a single white candle and a large quartz crystal. You lay down in the velvety soft grass nearby and you close your eyes. This is your healing place, your meditation sanctuary. You are home.

As you breathe in, you will awaken the memory your body has of perfect health -- know that you are bathed in a beautiful healing light-energy of balance & peace.

The energy of the universe is continuously spiraling, always in motion, eternal. All life is connected, each living thing, every ounce of effort put forth by you, me, by all beings---has a far-reaching effect. Every event that happens is a universal occurance with meaning and a lesson behind it. The challenge for each of us is to take the lesson from the painful experiences and the wisdom they have brought to us, and use them to become stronger and more resilient. This is not something that just happens over night. In order for us to fully understand the things that come to pass in our lives, we must realize that all we have is now--and we do not have to define ourselves by our wounds, nor do we have to allow pain to rule our lives, or our hearts. It is truly about perspective, deciding that although life has thrown us a curve, we can draw on our faith and also, the universal healing energy to bring us back to our center, to the Light. I have believed for quite some time now that I would not, and could not be doing healing work had it not been for the many painful moments I endured in my younger days. You are made up of all of your experiences through many lifetimes--the tears, the losses, the joys, the failures, the successes, and the loves. Each one of these parts must be embraced, accepted, loved in order for you to reach wholeness and inner peace. This is what makes human beings unique, our ability to reason and to reflect on our lives, and, our ability to love.
