Life is a journey, not a single destination.  We've all heard that one before.  But perhaps the person who first spoke those fine words should have added this footnote: Your journey is meant to be an adventure, one whose goal is to teach you how to align with it so that your movement forward, and your expansion outward, is nothing other than a magnificent, joyful, fearless experience. 

You see, the journey is not about finding safe, simple happiness and avoiding pain, it is about realizing that there are no mistakes, that we are not our emotions or our experiences---we are witnesses to our own exsistence---like collectors of beach shells. Each shell has a story, it has weathered many storms, and yet, it has lovely dimensions & markings, and a mysterious quality that begs the question, "Who are you?"

 Hello, I'm Autumn.  And as journeys go, mine has been an interesting and enlightening one.  Not a bowl of cherries, mind you, but definitely one filled with amazing pearls of wisdom I'd never have gained had I taken the easy roads when choices came calling. You see, I never wanted to just take the road, I wanted to LIVE the experience. And the experience has brought me to a place where I am fully awake, aware, and alive---and unabashadly enthusiastic about assisting you, or your pet, or both of you, on your own life journeys!

Let us begin by gently acknowledging that we all need a little help at one time or another, and I'd love to offer you or your pet the loving, comforting assistance you're seeking in your time of need. I am a Reiki Master Teacher, in both human and animal Reiki.  I am certified through Kathleen Prasad's Animal Reiki Source Institute, and have been offering energy healing, intuitive readings, spiritual counseling and more for more than 24 years.
