Yes, 100%! I never, ever sell or trade your personal information. I promise you this.

Can I nab your photos for my own use?
Nope. My business manager keeps a close watch on my copyrights and photo rights. We do prosecute in court, so please, don't get yourself in hot water with Autumn's Enchantments by taking something that is not yours.

What if my item gets lost or damaged en route to me?
It is insured. Save the packaging and take it to your local post office. They will give you a form to fill out so you can be reimbursed. If it is lost, we must show proof that it was shipped and proof of non-delivery. This can be tricky. I do not refund you, the usps is responsible for this if the item was insured, which it will always, without question, be.

Can I buy more than one of an item from you?
You can...IF I have more than one! Please write to ask me first, before you order multiples. Some items are one-of-a-kind and so, it may be the only one I have.

No, I do not.

What shipping method do you use?
USPS Priority Mail, which takes on average 2-5 days to reach you. I may be able to do faster shipping, and I would bill you separately thru Paypal for the extra shipping cost. Drop me a line if you need something pronto.

What payment methods do you accept?
Paypal ONLY at this time. I've taken too many bad checks and phony money orders in the past and gotten burned. I cannot take credit cards at this time, but perhaps in the future, that will become an option.... No cash, please.
